4.4

efficiency = total energy output/total energy input  --> often written as a percentage.

4.3

Define: Conserved

= Saved

Therefore,
"energy is conserved" means "energy can be saved"

4.2

4.2

Thermal (heat), electrical, light, sound, chemical, nuclear, kinetic and potential (elastic and gravitational)  are 8 types of energy.

Energy in objects can change.

For example:

In a spring driven car to car moving

The types of energy: Kinetic -> elastic -> kinetic + sound + thermal

Exam Corrections- Things to Remember:

1. Always check and re-check, the accurate plotting of points and their line on a graph.
2. If you read a question and you don't understand it, before moving on, write down "Everything that you know" and then see if you have enough information to answer the question.
3. The units for acceleration is m/s^2
4. An AMMETER measures current, it doesnt change it.
5. Voltmeter is parallel.
6. The time taken for a each wave is period.
7. The law of reflection is i^=r^
8. the equation that relates critical angle and reflective index is: sin i^ = 1/n
